Can I use my council permit and list my space on JustPark?

In the UK, it’s not lawful for individuals to lease out or sell their council parking permit or resell their visitor permits. Council issued resident’s permits are intended for the exclusive use of the person to whom they are issued and can't be transferred to anyone else.

Council issued visitor’s permits are not permitted for resell. Violation of this rule may result in fines (to you or the person using the permit) and even cancellation of the permit. Many councils state that this activity constitutes fraud and they will prosecute accordingly.
