How long does it take to get paid?

Firstly - the driver's booking must **finished**. You cannot withdraw earnings until the booking has finished. The timescale differs depending on the boooking. 

• Daily/hourly/weekly booking = 48hrs after the booking has **finished**
• Monthly bookings = after one month's renewal 

Then you need to request your withdrawal if you are on manual payments or set up auto payments.

Once you have requested a withdrawal it takes about 10 business days for this to be in your account. 

Here's what the process looks like. 

1. When you have an amount in your 'Withdrawable' balance, you can press 'Withdraw Earnings'

 

2. If you have not verified your phone number, you must do so now or you will not be able to continue further.

 

3. You can choose if you want to withdraw everything or put in amount less than the total withdrawable if you like. 

Press 'Withdraw balance'

 

4. You will see a small green bar at the top of the page that confirms you have requested the withdrawal

 

5. This is now sent to our finance team who carry out necessary checks - this takes no more than 2 business days. 

**You will not see any other notifications on screen, but we have your request.**  

 

6. Once the checks are complete, the withdrawal is approved and a new entry type will be shown on your transactions page:

7. From this date - it'll be up to 10 business days before this is in your nominated bank account depending on who you bank with. 

Business days are Mon-Fri, not including bank holidays.
