💸 How to withdraw your earnings

Important: You can only withdraw funds once the driver’s booking has finished. When earnings become withdrawable depends on the booking type:

Daily / hourly / weekly bookings: Funds become withdrawable 48 hours after the booking starts.
Monthly bookings: Funds become withdrawable after the first month’s renewal (and on the same date each following month).

After that, either request a withdrawal (manual payouts) or set up auto payments.

Timing: Once a withdrawal is approved, it typically reaches your bank in up to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). Processing speeds vary by bank.

🛡️ ID & tax info (HMRC platform rules)

Update: From 2025, HMRC requires digital platforms to verify who we’re contracting with. You may be asked to complete identification checks with our partner Mitek and to provide tax information (e.g. National Insurance number or other tax ID). You can find out more about this here.

This does not affect the tax you owe. Your tax still depends on your earnings and personal circumstances.

✅ Withdrawal steps (manual payouts)

Check your balance: When funds show in your Withdrawable balance, click Withdraw earnings.
Verify your phone (if prompted): If your phone number isn’t verified, you’ll need to verify it before continuing.
Choose an amount: Withdraw the full amount or enter a lower figure, then click Withdraw balance.
Confirmation banner: A green bar at the top confirms we’ve received your request.
Internal checks (up to 2 business days): Our finance team performs standard checks. You won’t see further on-screen updates during this stage, but your request is in progress.
Approval shown in Transactions: Once approved, you’ll see a new entry on your Transactions page.
Payout to bank: From the approval date, allow up to 10 business days for funds to arrive in your nominated bank account.

🧰 Troubleshooting

It’s been 10 business days: Check with your bank first. Some banks place extra checks on first-time or large incoming payments.
Withdrawal failed/returned: This usually means the bank details were incorrect or the account can’t accept the payment (we can pay into current accounts only, not savings/ISAs). We’ll email you at your JustPark profile address with next steps.
