🗓️ Control Your Space Availability
Your space doesn’t have to be available 24/7. You have full control over days of the week, specific dates, and even hours. You can also add or remove availability for short-term changes (events, visitors, roadworks).
✅ What you can control
- Make your space available only on certain days of the week (e.g., Mon–Fri).
- Block out one-off dates (holidays, building works, events).
- Adjust hours if access isn’t all day.
💡 Top tips
- Add any dates that won’t work for you as soon as you know them.
- This prevents unwanted bookings and avoids cancellations.
- Block out known road closures or local events that affect access.
By keeping availability up to date, you stop bookings at times that don’t suit you.
🛠️ How to change your availability
A) Space is always unavailable on the same days each week
- Go to Manage my spaces.
- Click Availability on the listing you want to change.
- Untick the days it is not available.
- Click Change availability to save.
B) One-off dates or short-term changes
- Go to Manage my spaces.
- Click Availability.
- Enter the date range that is unavailable and select Remove parking spaces for rent during this period.
- Click Change availability to save.
😴 Snooze your listing (pause new bookings)
Snooze hides your listing and prevents new bookings. Any existing upcoming or ongoing bookings continue as normal.
- Open the listing’s Availability page.
- Change the Listing status to Snoozed.
Note: Adding lots of restrictions will reduce the number of drivers who can book your space. Balance flexibility with your own schedule to maximise bookings and reviews.
