My listing is not showing on searches

🔎 Why isn’t my space appearing in search?

There are a few common reasons your space may not show when you search for it yourself. Work through the checks below to confirm your listing is ready to receive bookings.


1) ✅ Check your space has been approved

Log in and go to Manage my Spaces. Look for the green “Approved” banner on your listing.

If the banner isn’t green: reply to the approval email you received or submit a support ticket under Make changes to my listing → My listing is not showing!


2) 🗓️ Check you’re searching within available times

If your space is already booked, it will show as Sold Out. From Manage my SpacesPreview, scroll to Availability and review the calendar. When testing search, select a date/time that is actually available.


3) ⏱️ Check the notice period

Long notice periods can hide your listing from near-term searches. Go to Manage my SpacesEdit Availability and review Notice period. If, for example, it’s set to 24 hours, you must search at least 24 hours ahead for the listing to appear.


4) 🚫 Check for specific unavailable dates/times

In Edit Availability, check whether you’ve added unavailable dates and times. If so, the listing won’t appear for searches within those blocked windows.


5) 💷 Check minimum price & duration settings

In Edit Listing, confirm any minimum rental price and minimum rental duration.

  • Example: minimum price £10 but daily rate is £5 → you’ll need to search for at least 2 days for it to appear.

🧰 Quick fixes

  • Log out and search while signed out using the same criteria (date/time, duration, filters).
  • Clear filters (e.g., EV, height limits) that might exclude your listing.
  • Confirm your location and radius aren’t too narrow when searching.

If you’ve checked everything above and still can’t see your space, please reply to your approval email or submit a support ticket under Make changes to my listing → My listing is not showing!

  • Approved? Look for the green banner in Manage my Spaces.
  • Available? Search within open slots on your listing’s calendar.
  • Settings: Notice period, unavailable times, min price/duration can all hide your space.
  • Still stuck? Log out and re-search; then contact Support with your listing details.
