Monthly Rolling Bookings Guide
🅿️ Types of bookings available
Drivers can make four types of bookings on JustPark:

Hourly
Short-term bookings charged by the hour. -
Daily
Fixed-term bookings — e.g. a full day or a whole week. -
Monthly Plans
Drivers commit to a plan lasting 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, which rolls over unless cancelled.
These bookings can be:- Monday–Friday only – Weekends remain open for other bookings
- Monday–Sunday (7 days a week) – Space is fully blocked out

Any 3 Days (Mon–Fri only)
Driver selects 3 weekdays to park each week
Minimum term: 3 months – Plan renews in 3-month blocks unless cancelled
Weekends remain available for other bookings
📆 How Monthly Plans work
When a driver selects a Monthly Plan, they commit to a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
You, the space owner, are then paid in monthly instalments — at the end of each month the booking is active.
🔁 How payments work for space owners
When a monthly booking of any length is made, it begins a rolling contract where you receive a set amount each month, paid in arrears — after each completed month.
- The driver pays for the full plan up front
- You are paid monthly, at the end of each month
- If the driver cancels, the booking runs to the end of their current plan — no refunds are issued
🧾 Example:
A driver books a 3-month plan starting on 1st July.
JustPark pays you:
- 31st July (for Month 1)
- 31st August (for Month 2)
- 30th September (for Month 3)
If the driver cancels on 20th August, they still keep the space until 30th September, and you still receive all three monthly payments as planned.
⚙️ How to change which bookings you accept
- Sign in at JustPark.com
- Click ‘Manage my spaces’
- Next to your space, click ‘Edit Availability’
- Under Booking Preference, click ‘Change’
- Select the types of bookings you want to accept and click ‘Save Changes’
