Monthly Rolling Bookings Guide for Space Owners

🅿️ Types of monthly bookings you can receive
If you choose to accept monthly bookings, drivers can select from the following patterns (depending on your settings and plan length of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months):
- Every day
- Mon–Fri
- Any 3 days
What these options mean for your availability
- ‘Every day’: Your space is blocked for all days until the driver (or you) cancels or the plan ends.
- ‘Mon–Fri’: Your space is blocked Monday to Friday, but you can still receive hourly/daily bookings on weekends. Payout for this plan is 80% of your monthly price to reflect weekend availability.
- ‘Any 3 days’: Your space is blocked for the 3 selected days each week. The remaining 4 days stay open for other hourly/daily bookings
📆 How Monthly Plans work
When a driver selects a Monthly Plan, they commit to 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
You (the space owner) are paid in monthly instalments, in arrears—after each completed month.
🔁 Payment flow for space owners
- The driver pays their full plan up front.
- You receive your payout monthly at the end of each active month.
- If the driver cancels, the booking runs until the current plan period ends—no refunds are issued.
🧾 Example
A driver books a 3-month plan starting 1 July. You’re paid:
- 31 July (for Month 1)
- 31 August (for Month 2)
- 30 September (for Month 3)
If they cancel on 20 August, the space remains reserved until 30 September, and you still receive all three month-end payments.
⚙️ How to change which bookings you accept
- Sign in at JustPark.com.
- Go to Manage my spaces.
- Next to your space, click Edit availability.
- Under Booking preference, click Change.
- Select the booking types you want to accept and click Save changes.
✅ All set! Your preferences are updated. You can change them any time.
📝 Summary
- Choose between Every day, Mon–Fri (80% payout), or Any 3 days (3/6/12-month plans).
- Payouts are made monthly in arrears for each completed month.
- Change your accepted booking types via Manage my spaces → Edit availability → Booking preference.
