How do I withdraw my earnings?
There are a few things you need to do in order to withdraw your earnings from JustPark.
- Please note that this can currently only be done through our website, it isn't possible to withdraw via the JustPark App
- You will also need over £25 in your JustPark account before you can make an auto withdrawal
1. Enter your withdrawal method
For short-term bookings, the amount you earn from the booking will be added to your JustPark account 48 hours after the booking has started. For long-term or monthly bookings, each payment will be added to your account after the first month of the booking. Once your earnings have cleared then you can withdraw them to your bank account.
To add to or change your withdrawal method, go to the Billing > Withdrawal methods section of your JustPark account. You can check the status of your earnings at any time from your Transactions page.
2. Verify your details
Enter your mobile number on your My Profile page and we'll send you SMS with a link you can open to verify your phone number. If you haven't received the SMS then you can request another by clicking the link on the same page.
You will also need a verified email which you can do from the My Profile page. You'll also need to add your home address on that same page before a withdrawal can be processed.
3. Choose withdrawal frequency
You can manually request a withdrawal at any time. However, if you want to have your earnings transferred to you automatically then you can update your settings in the Withdrawal frequency section of the Withdraw Earnings page. You can pick either monthly or quarterly automatic withdrawals.
Monthly withdrawals are automatically processed in the first week of each month.
Quarterly withdrawals are automatically processed in the first weeks of March, June, September and December.
Once you've requested a withdrawal, it can take up to 10 working days for your earnings to arrive in your nominated bank account.
Note: Automatic withdrawals will only be transferred if your earnings are over £25 – this is due to the 50p fee associated with transfers for anything less.
