What if the driver parks in the wrong space?

If you can see that a driver has parked in the wrong space, please contact them to let them know.

You'll find their phone number in your JustPark account - just select the relevant booking on your Bookings received page.

If you can't get hold of the driver, please contact Customer Support as soon as you can.
