What if the driver parks in the wrong space?

đźš— A driver has parked in the wrong space

If you notice a driver using the wrong bay/space, reach out to them first — this is usually the quickest fix.

1) Contact the driver

  1. Go to Bookings received and open the relevant booking.
  2. Use the phone number shown to call or text the driver and let them know which space they should be using.

2) If you can’t reach the driver

If the driver doesn’t pick up or you can’t get through, please contact Customer Support as soon as you can.

Helpful tips

  • Be specific: Include space numbers/markings and any on-site cues (e.g., “left bay facing the hedge”).
  • Keep a record: If needed, take a quick photo for your reference when reporting.
  • Safety first: Please don’t clamp or block vehicles. We’ll help coordinate next steps if the driver can’t be reached.
