• Out-of-hours plan: what the driver should do if arriving late/early.

If access isn’t arranged before the booking starts: We may need to cancel and offer the driver an alternative space.

2. Open the relevant listing and find Access instructions.
3. Add clear steps for collecting/returning the fob/key/permit, plus any codes and contacts.
4. Save your changes.

💼 Deposits & responsibility

JustPark does not handle the exchange of fobs/keys/remotes or any deposits. Any deposits, losses, or replacement costs must be agreed directly between you and the driver.
