Should I meet the driver?

You do not need to be at home when the driver arrives. We've designed the process to be hassle-free.

As long as you've provided the driver with all the instructions they need to find or access your space, they should be able to JustPark and go!

If the driver has any difficulty finding or accessing your space, they may need to call you. Please make sure that you have your current mobile number verified on your account.
