🚗 What if a driver doesn’t turn up?
We know plans can change. If you’re concerned a driver might be struggling to find your space, you can contact them directly to check.
📞 How to contact the driver
- Go to Bookings received.
- Select the relevant booking.
- Use the driver’s phone number shown on the booking details page.
đź’· If the driver is a no-show
- If a driver doesn’t arrive and hasn’t cancelled, you’ll still be paid in full for the booking.
- We do not issue refunds for no-shows unless there are extenuating circumstances affecting the driver or it’s otherwise authorised.
Tip: A quick call often resolves confusion with directions or access instructions.
