🚗 What if a driver doesn’t turn up?

We know plans can change. If you’re concerned a driver might be struggling to find your space, you can contact them directly to check.

📞 How to contact the driver

  1. Go to Bookings received.
  2. Select the relevant booking.
  3. Use the driver’s phone number shown on the booking details page.

đź’· If the driver is a no-show

  • If a driver doesn’t arrive and hasn’t cancelled, you’ll still be paid in full for the booking.
  • We do not issue refunds for no-shows unless there are extenuating circumstances affecting the driver or it’s otherwise authorised.

Tip: A quick call often resolves confusion with directions or access instructions.


📝 Summary

  • Find the driver’s number via Bookings received → booking details.
  • No-show without cancellation = you’re still paid in full.
  • Refunds for no-shows are only considered in extenuating circumstances or with authorisation.
