The driver hasn't arrived for their booking
We all know that sometimes things come up and plan change. Please feel free to contact the driver if you want to check that they aren’t struggling to find your space.
You'll find the driver's phone number on the booking details page, you can find that by selecting the relevant booking from the Bookings received page.
If a driver doesn’t turn up and hasn’t cancelled their booking then don’t worry, you’ll still be paid!. We don’t issue refunds just because a driver doesn’t arrive, we would only issue a refund if there were extenuating circumstances affecting the driver.
