Can I transfer my listing to someone else?

In short: No, you cannot transfer a listing to someone else's account. Keeping listings tied to the original owner protects everyone’s security, privacy, and fairness.

Why transfers aren’t allowed

  • Protecting your data: Listings are linked to sensitive info (bank details, payout history). Transferring could expose this data and risk GDPR breaches.
  • Protecting drivers’ data: Confirmed bookings share a driver’s contact details with the space owner. Limiting access to a single owner prevents misuse.
  • Review integrity: Ratings and reviews reflect the service of a specific owner. Moving them could mislead drivers about who provided the experience.

Tip: If ownership is changing (e.g., business sale or property handover), keep the old listing closed and create a new one on the correct account.

What to do instead

  1. Create a new listing on the intended account with accurate description, access instructions, and pricing.
  2. Deactivate or remove availability on the old listing to prevent new bookings.
  3. Withdraw remaining earnings from the original account before you close it.
