Become a Space Owner

Why do I need to provide documents to list my space?

It's free to list your space with JustPark, and it only takes a few minutes. You can list your space on our website or you can download our app and create your listing from there.

Occasionally, we may request additional documentation to verify ownership or permission for renting. This could be for specific reasons or random checks to ensure trustworthiness.

If you are asked to provide documentation, this will be requested via email or by a member of our Customer Support team. All the instructions for how to provide the documentation will be in the email but if you have additional questions, please let us know.

We may also request documentation after your listing has been approved and even temporarily suspend your listing and earnings until this has been provided.

If you are asked to provide tenancy agreements, we would recommend that you read through this yourself before sending. This is to ensure that you are allowed to be renting the property with us as you could potentially face some legal issues with your landlord if this is ignored.

If you have spoken to your landlord and they have agreed that you can list your space with us, we would need to have this confirmation from them directly. They can email into spaces@justpark.com with relevant information and proof of identity and then our team will take it from there.

If you have any questions about the type of documentation asked for, please get in touch with our customer support team at spaces@justpark.com.
