Why do I need to provide documents to list my space?

🧾 Listing your space & documentation checks

It’s free to list your space with JustPark, and it only takes a few minutes. You can create your listing on our website or via the JustPark app.

When & how we request documents

• We may request documents before approval or after your listing is live.
• Requests will come via email or from our Customer Support team with clear instructions.
• In some cases, we may temporarily suspend your listing and earnings until documents are supplied and verified.

What to send (examples)

• Proof of ownership/permission (e.g., title deed, permission letter, or tenancy agreement clause that allows subletting/space rental).
• Photo ID for identity verification (if requested).
• Any site-specific requirements we outline in the email request.

Important: Only upload or send documents through the channels we specify in the request email. If you’re unsure, reply to that email to confirm.

If you’re a tenant (tenancy agreements & landlord consent)

• Read your tenancy agreement before sending it to us to ensure renting your space is permitted. Ignoring restrictions could lead to legal issues with your landlord.
• If your landlord agrees, we’ll need confirmation directly from them (including relevant details and proof of identity).
