What happens if my Withdrawal fails?
🏦 When will I receive my withdrawal?
You should receive your withdrawal within 10 working days of requesting it. Timing can vary depending on your bank’s processing speed and any security checks they run.
⏳ If it’s been 10 working days
- Contact your bank first. They may be able to see the incoming payment and explain any holds or checks (this is common for first-time or high-value payouts).
↩️ If a withdrawal is unsuccessful
Failed withdrawals are returned to our platform. Common reasons include:
- Incorrect bank details were entered.
- The destination account can’t accept payments (we can only pay out to a current account, not a savings account or ISA).
If this happens, we’ll email you at the address on your JustPark profile with next steps to resolve it.
