What happens if my Withdrawal fails?

You should receive your Withdrawal within 10 working days of this being requested but this can vary depending on who you bank with and how fast they can process the payment. 

If 10 working days has passed and you still haven't received your earnings, please first get in touch with your chosen bank. They may be able to see the incoming payment and give you some more information. Occasionally bank accounts will withhold the funds or conduct extra security checks, particularly if this is the first incoming payment or a large amount of money.

If your Withdrawal is unsuccessful, this should be returned to our platform. This can be due to a number of reasons, most likely being the details you entered weren't correct or the account you're trying to send funds to can't accept the payment. (We can only send funds to a current account, not a savings account or ISA). 

If this is the case, we will get in touch with you on the email address added to your JustPark profile and give you instructions and advice for how to get this sorted.
