Is my space guaranteed?

All parking spaces that show in the search results and subsequently allow you to book them, have been set as available by the Space Owner/Car Park Owner/Operator.

Commercial Car Parks/Business Car Parks:
JustPark partners with traditional car parks as well hotels, supermarkets and other commercial premises that have a car park.

  • We advertise a controlled number of spaces based on advanced data analysis, ensuring there’s always a spot for you, even on busy days.
  • Once you complete your booking and payment, you'll receive a confirmation email. At this point, the listed location will remove one available space from their inventory, digitally reserving it for you for the duration of your stay.

Private Space Owners:
JustPark has more than 45,000 driveways/residential parking available to book.

  • The owner sets availability manually and can block out times they cannot accommodate bookings.
  • They are notified directly about your booking and arrival/departure times.
  • This ensures that when you book, it will be available when you arrive.
  • If there’s an issue, you can contact the owner directly via the details provided in your booking.

Booking Guarantee
In the rare event that your reserved space is unavailable, our Booking Guarantee covers you:

a) We’ll relocate you to a nearby space at no extra cost, or
b) Provide a full refund.
