I received a parking fine at a privately owned space

JustPark do not issue fines, isn’t a parking authority that has jurisdiction on the issue of penalty charge notices, and cannot cancel them directly.

If you were parked in a privately owned space, such as a driveway, then it's important this fine is raised with our Customer Support team who can get in touch with the Space Owner. They may be able to resolve the issue directly themselves. We therefore ask that you don't appeal the fine until the Space Owner has been made aware of the situation and we advise of the best action.

Due to the strict timeframes for paying or appealing a PCN (penalty charge notice), we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, especially within the first 7 days. This is because the fee increases significantly as time moves on. If you fail to contact us within this time and the fee increases, you may be liable to pay the additional rate.

To get in touch with our Customer Support team regarding a penalty notice, please submit a request via our Customer Support Request Form — these go to our dedicated team and we aim for a response within 48 hours - but are often much faster.
