JustPark primarily stores data on cloud servers that comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations. We use data centres located within the UK or those that meet UK and EU data transfer compliance standards — ensuring all personal information is stored securely.
🗓️ Data Retention Period
We retain personally identifiable information (PII) only for as long as it’s required for the purpose it was collected. For Drivers and Space Owners, this means we maintain your PII while your account remains active.
Once your account is deactivated, we securely delete your information in line with our data retention policies and relevant legal requirements.
🧹 Data Deletion Process
Data deletion at JustPark follows a structured process to ensure the secure and complete removal of your information once it’s no longer needed. If you’d like your data deleted sooner, you can submit a written request. We’ll process your deletion request provided there are no legal obligations requiring us to retain certain data.
📧 Is my data safe when contacting JustPark via email?
We use Zendesk to communicate with our customers securely. Although messages may look like standard emails, they are actually handled within Zendesk’s encrypted environment, designed specifically for managing customer communications safely.

Zendesk ensures that all communications are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols. Additionally, data stored within Zendesk is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption on AWS — providing robust, industry-standard protection.
