We retain personally identifiable information (PII) only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was originally collected. As a Driver with JustPark, your PII is crucial for managing your account. We maintain this data while your account remains active. Once your account is deactivated, we securely delete your PII in line with our data retention policies and relevant legal requirements.
Data Deletion Process
Data deletion at JustPark follows a structured process to ensure secure and complete removal from our systems when data is no longer needed. If you wish to delete your information sooner, you may submit a request in writing, and we will proceed with deletion, provided there are no legal obligations requiring us to retain the data.
Is My Data Safe When Contacting JustPark via Email?
We use Zendesk to communicate with our customers securely. While messages may look and feel like regular emails to you, they are managed within Zendesk’s secure, encrypted environment, specifically designed for handling customer inquiries safely.
Data Encryption
Zendesk ensures that all communications are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols, providing industry-standard protection for data transferred between you and Zendesk. Additionally, all data stored within Zendesk’s system is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption on AWS, which adds another layer of security to your information.
