NHS Staff and Critical Care Workers FAQs

Thank you to all NHS staff and critical care workers! 

 

We would like to thank you by giving you a 10% discount on all bookings. In order to receive this discount, you will need to register. This article should give you all information you need about registering your status with us and in return providing you with a 10% discount. 

 

There are 2 ways to register for this:

 

- If you have an NHS email 

 

Create a JustPark-account using your work email (@nhs.co.uk) by accessing the following page.

Once your account has been created, simply search for a parking space and make a booking. The discount will be automatically applied.

 

- If you don’t have an NHS email 

Please visit the following page to register your account. If we don’t recognise your email address as being part of the NHS, we will send you an email that you can reply to with proof that you are a critical care worker. After we received and verified this information, we will add the discount to your account. 

 

What about if I'm a current user of JustPark?

Please contact us using the following form with the email address you have registered with us, and provide us with proof of your employment in critical care. 

 

Cancellation and refunds

If you no longer need your parking space, then please cancel your booking as soon as possible as this will free up the parking space for another key worker who may need it. Depending on when you would request a cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund. For more information regarding our cancellation policy, please check out the following article.
