My PIN code provided is not working
In the unlikely event that your PIN code is not working, please click on our chatbot, Parky, in the bottom right-hand corner of any page in our Help Centre. You can also find Parky in our app by clicking on Help and following the instructions to "Live chat with customer support".
Just follow the instructions and you'll be in or out of the car park in no time!
*Please note that these PIN codes are time-sensitive. If you attempt to use them outside of your booking window, your code will not work. In that case, a new booking is required to generate a new PIN code.
