O2 Arena Parking
Valet parking and Coach/Minibus parking are currently unavailable due to ongoing works at The O2. If you already have a booking for either of these, please don't worry — we are honouring all existing bookings and they will proceed as normal.
ℹ️ O2 event parking via JustPark — important policy differences
O2 event parking is booked through JustPark, but
O2’s own parking terms apply (not JustPark’s).
For O2 event parking,
there are no cancellations or refunds unless the
event itself is cancelled or rescheduled.
Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the event and spaces
can sell out quickly.

🎟️ Event parking (Car Park 1)
- Pre-book only for arena or Indigo events. Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the show.
- Indigo Events: For smaller events, sometimes Car Park 1 is not opened, if you do not see this as a bookable option please pay on arrival at car park 2 or 3.
- If pre-book is unavailable to book this means it is full, but there will be first-come, first-served parking available in the other car parks (follow marshal directions).
- Valet parking (arena events only) typically opens ~2 hours before doors at Meridian Gate; follow on-site signs.
🚗 Not attending an event? (Car Parks 2–4)
Use Car Parks 2, 3 or 4 and pay at the machines. These car parks are ideal for Outlet Shopping, restaurants, Cineworld and Up at The O2. No pre-booking is available for these car parks.
♿ Accessibility
Blue Badge bays are available across O2 car parks. Pre-booked spaces will fill out quickly, and if the option to book is not available, you will have to park on a first-come, first-served basis in the general parking area.
The Blue Badge holder must be present in the vehicle.
🧭 Arrival tips & key rules

Pre-Book Parking excluding Valet - You can enter from the start time of your booking, or at any point during your booked time.
- Early entry isn’t available unless your event information specifically says otherwise.
- Allow extra time: Traffic can be busy around The O2, especially after events.
- Operating hours: Car parks are generally open 24/7 and monitored by CCTV.
- No re-entry: The same ticket cannot be used for re-entry once you exit.
💸 Refunds & changes (O2 policy)
- No cancellations/refunds for O2 event parking unless your event is cancelled or you can’t attend the rescheduled date.
