Coming to the Disney on Ice Morning Show (10:30 AM) at The O2? Here’s everything you need to know about when you can arrive and how your parking works.

Your booking may show 10 AM – 10 AM on the day of your event.
BUT if you’re coming to the morning show (10:30 AM start), you can arrive from 8:30 AM — no need to update your booking or contact us.
🕗 When you can arrive
- The O2 car park opens from 8:30 AM for Disney on Ice morning show guests.
- Your booking confirmation will still display 10 AM – 10 AM — that’s the standard event parking window.
- Barriers and attendants will allow entry from 8:30 AM without issue.
🚗 What your booking covers
- One parking space at The O2 from 10 AM on the event day to 10 AM the following day.
- BUT You can arrive earlier (from 8:30 AM) for the morning show — no changes or extensions needed.
- Leaving after the show? You can exit any time through the day or evening, up until 10 AM next morning.
💡 Good to know!
- There’s no need to cancel, extend, or make a new booking — your existing one is valid.
- Follow on-site signage for your parking zone; attendants will be available to help from 8:30 AM.
- If you’re also attending the evening show, your single booking already covers both sessions.
