Looking for parking for your event at The O2 but can’t see it yet? Here’s what to check and when your event is likely to appear.
⚡ Quick Read:
Parking for The O2 usually becomes available within a few hours of when tickets go on public sale. If you have priority/presale access, event parking may not be visible until after the general on-sale begins.
Right after public on-sale starts, listings can take an hour or so to appear — please check again shortly.
🔎 Step 1: Check your event details
- Make sure you’re searching the correct event name and date.
- Some events have multiple sessions on the same day (e.g., matinee and evening) — each session appears as its own listing.
🌟 Step 2: If you have priority or presale tickets
Parking generally appears when the event is on public sale. If you bought tickets through a priority/presale window, parking may not show yet. Please check back when the general on-sale begins (see your ticket email for the public on-sale time).
🕐 Step 3: If public sales have just gone live
When an event goes on public sale, it usually appears in our listings shortly after. If you can’t see it immediately, give it a little time and try again later today.
- Close and reopen the app, or refresh your browser.
- Search again using the exact event name.
📅 Step 4: Still not listed after a while?
If it’s been a bit of time since public on-sale and you still can’t find the event, it may not be released yet or availability could be limited. Keep an eye on the listings — new events and sessions update throughout the day.
💡 Good to know!
- For The O2, event parking typically covers 10 AM on the day of the event to 10 AM the next day.
- High-demand events can sell quickly — checking again later the same day often helps.
- If your event has multiple performances, ensure you pick the correct session (morning/afternoon/evening) once it appears.
