Don’t worry — if you’ve booked parking for the wrong car park at The O2, you can still fix this easily by booking the correct one and letting us know.

Please book the correct car park first, then contact us with both booking references. Once we can see you’ve rebooked for the same event, we’ll refund the original (incorrect) booking in full.
âś… How to fix it
- Go to the Event Parking section in the JustPark app or website.
- Book the correct car park for the same event and vehicle.
- Once booked, contact us using the Help button and include:
- Your new booking reference (correct car park)
- Your old booking reference (wrong car park)
We’ll check both bookings and process a refund for the incorrect one — simple as that.
đźš« Why we do it this way
- Each car park at The O2 has different access points, capacities, and pricing.
- Bookings can’t be transferred automatically between car parks once confirmed.
- Rebooking ensures you have a space in the correct area before the first booking is released.
đź’ˇ Good to know!
- You must rebook before the event for us to process the refund — we can’t refund after the event date.
- If the car park you need is sold out, please keep your existing booking — all spaces at The O2 are within a short walk of the arena.
- This process only applies to bookings made directly through JustPark or The O2’s official parking page.
