I booked the wrong date for the O2
Don’t worry — if you’ve booked parking for the wrong date at The O2, you can still fix this easily by booking the correct date and letting us know.
💡 Quick Read:
Please book parking for the correct date first, then contact us with both booking references. Once we can see you’ve rebooked for the same event, we’ll refund the original (wrong-date) booking in full.
✅ How to fix it
- Book the correct date here for the same event and vehicle.
- Once booked, contact us using the Help button and include:
- Your new booking reference (correct date)
- Your old booking reference (wrong date)
We’ll check both bookings and process a refund for the one on the wrong date — simple as that.
🚫 Why we do it this way
- Each event date at The O2 has its own parking allocation, capacity, and demand.
- Bookings can’t be transferred automatically between dates once they’re confirmed.
- Rebooking first ensures you have a space on the correct date before the first booking is released.
💡 Good to know!
- You must rebook before the original event date for us to process the refund — we can’t refund after that event has taken place.
- If parking for the date you need is sold out, please keep your existing booking — we won’t be able to move it to a different date or refund it.
- This process only applies to bookings made directly through JustPark or The O2’s official parking page.
