Accessibility & Blue Badge parking at the O2
♿ Blue Badge parking at The O2
How Blue Badge parking works at The O2, what to do if disabled bays look sold out, and what your options are on the day.
Blue Badge bays are available to prebook on the official O2 website:
Click here to book your Blue Badge Parking
All Blue Badge spaces are located on the ground level to make access easier. There is no height restriction for Blue Badge spaces.
These spaces are limited and sell out quickly for busy events. If you can’t see a Blue Badge or disabled option when booking, it means all pre-bookable bays have already been taken.
The Blue Badge holder must be in the vehicle when you park in a disabled bay.
🧭 Arrival tips & key rules
- Allow extra time: Traffic can be busy around The O2, especially before and after events.
- Operating hours: Car parks are generally open 24/7 and monitored by CCTV. However, your booking time will be displayed to you before confirmation.
- No re-entry: The same ticket cannot be used for re-entry once you exit the car park.
- Pre-book cut-off: All pre-bookable parking (including Blue Badge bays) closes 24 hours before the event.
🅿️ Disabled bays are sold out — what can I do?
If you can’t see any Blue Badge / disabled bays to book, it means those spaces are sold out. Unfortunately, we’re not able to add extra disabled bays or override this.
You still have options:
-
Pre-book Car Park 1 (if available):
You’re welcome to book general event parking in Car Park 1 - Here - Subject to availability -
Use Car Park 2 or 3 on the day:
If you can’t pre-book Car Park 1, you can arrive and park in Car Park 2 or 3 on a first-come, first-served basis in general parking.
💸 Refunds & changes (O2 policy)
The O2 has a strict policy for event parking:
- No cancellations or refunds for O2 event parking once booked.
- Refunds are only available if your event is cancelled or you can’t attend the rescheduled date.
- Bookings can’t be moved to a different date, car park, or parking type, and if you need to change any of this information, rebook for the correct date, etc and get in contact with us.
