🅿️ Pre-book parking at The O2
Find out when you can pre-book parking, and what to do if it’s less than 24 hours before your event.
⏰ When can I pre-book parking?
Event parking at The O2 is available to pre-book online.
- Use the official link: Book O2 Parking
- Select your event and choose your preferred parking - Car Park 1, Blue Badge holders, Valet, Mini Bus or Coach.
Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the start of your event. After this point, you won’t be able to book parking online for that show.
🚗 It’s less than 24 hours before my event – what are my options?
If you’re within 24 hours of your event and can’t pre-book, you can still park at The O2, but it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Car Park 1 (Event Parking):
If space remains, there may be limited pay-on-the-day parking. This is subject to availability when you arrive. -
Car Parks 2 or 3:
If Car Park 1 is full or unavailable, please use Car Park 2 or 3 and pay at the gate/machines on arrival, first come, first served.
We’re not able to open extra spaces or override availability once pre-booking has closed.
🧭 Arrival tips
- Arrive early: Traffic around The O2 is often busy before and after events.
- Follow signage and marshals: They’ll direct you to the best available car park.
- No re-entry: Once you leave a car park, the same ticket can’t be used to come back in.
💸 Refunds & changes (O2 policy)
O2’s own terms apply to event parking:
- No cancellations or refunds once your parking is booked.
- Refunds are only offered if your event is cancelled or you can’t attend the rescheduled date.

- Car Park 1 – pay on arrival if space is available

- We can’t add extra pre-book spaces once they’re gone, and refunds are only possible if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
