I want to cancel my O2 event parking
O2 event parking bookings are covered by the JustPark Event Parking Cancellation Policy. These bookings are treated as final once purchased.
This means:
- We can’t cancel or refund your O2 event parking if you are unable or decide not to attend.
- The booking remains valid, and you can still use the space if your plans change again.
Under the policy, cancellations are not accepted for:
- Change of plans or deciding not to attend
- Travel or transport issues
- Weather concerns or event delays (unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Illness or other personal reasons
You can read the full Event Parking policy here:

🧾 When can event parking be refunded?
There are only a few situations where an O2 event parking pass may be cancelled and refunded:
- The event is officially cancelled – passes will usually be cancelled and refunded, subject to the venue’s instruction.
- The event is rescheduled and you can’t make the new date – passes may be refunded at the venue’s discretion.
- The customer purchases an additional pass to fix an error (e.g. wrong date, wrong vehicle registration, or car park) – the original pass may be cancelled and refunded at JustPark’s and/or the venue’s discretion
- Original pass must be unredeemed or unused
- The event must not yet have taken place
Any refund in these cases would follow the rules set out in the Event Parking Cancellation Policy.
📌 Summary
- O2 event parking bookings are non-refundable if you decide not to go.
- Change of plans, illness, or travel issues are not valid reasons for a refund.
- You can still use your parking booking if your plans change again.
- Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, in line with the Event Parking Cancellation Policy.
