🕐 I Can’t Find Today’s Event
If you’re trying to book same-day parking for an event at The O2 and the event isn’t appearing, don’t worry — this is expected.
⚡ Quick Read:
Pre-booking closes roughly 24 hours before an event. If you’re trying to book for today, the event won’t show online — but on-the-day parking may still be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early.
🔎 Why today’s event isn’t listed
- Event parking stops appearing once the pre-book window closes (typically ~24 hours before the event).
- This is why you can’t see or book today’s event in the app.
🚗 CP1 General Event Parking (Today)
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a space for events at The O2. If you missed the pre-book window:
- On-the-day parking may be available in CP1.
- It is first-come, first-served.
- Availability is not guaranteed for busy events.
- Please arrive early to allow time for parking and walking to the arena.
♿ Blue Badge Parking (Today)
Blue Badge spaces at The O2 are very limited, so pre-booking is strongly encouraged.
- A small number of Blue Badge bays may be available on the day.
- These are first-come, first-served.
- On-the-day availability is not guaranteed, especially for sold-out shows.
- Please arrive early for the best chance of securing a space.
If no Blue Badge bays are available on arrival, the parking team will direct you to the nearest available event parking.
🎩 Valet (VIP) Parking
- Valet parking is normally pre-book only.
- There are no on-the-day Valet sales.
- Spaces usually sell out early for major events.
💡 Good to know!
- Pre-booked event parking always runs 10 AM on event day → 10 AM the next day.
- If you already have a booking, just use your QR code to enter.
- Same-day customers may be directed to different zones depending on capacity.
