Solution: Allow up to 5 business days after submitting your tax form.

Problem: Mitek link has expired
Solution: You will receive a new link within 5 working days, please make sure you use the latest link as the others will not be usable.

Problem: Mitek link says completed but I can't withdraw
Solution: If you aren't able to withdraw then your Mitek request hasn't been successful. If you click the link and are unable to submit any further information, please kindly wait for a new request within 5 days.

Solution: Ignore them please. Your withdrawals will work if you have completed the verification.

Problem: Can't upload digital Proof of Address
Solution: We have fixed that! You should now have the ability to upload a document. If you can’t see this option, please kindly wait for a new request within 5 days.

Problem: Wrong name on Mitek request
Solution: Reply with your correct name as shown on your Photo ID and we'll send a new request.

Solution: (1) Check if you can obtain a UK TIN, (2) If not, reply with your foreign TIN equivalent documentation.

Problem: Earnings shared between multiple people
Solution: Complete the form for one person, then reply confirming earnings are shared. We'll note this on your account.
