What if a driver damages my property?

While damage to your property is a rare occurrence, we understand it's something you may be concerned about. Here's what you can do if this happens.


🚗 Option 1 — Contact the driver directly

In most cases, any damage caused by a driver's vehicle should be covered by their motor insurance policy.

You can get in touch with the driver to discuss the situation and agree on next steps in two ways:

  • Send them a message through your JustPark account
  • Give them a call using the contact details linked to the booking, found in the Booking Confirmation email. 

🏠 Option 2 — Check your home insurance

Depending on your policy, any damage may also be covered under your home insurance. It's worth contacting your insurance provider to check whether you're covered and what their claims process looks like.
