O2 Valet parking — temporarily suspended
Due to recent works taking place at The O2, valet parking has been temporarily removed from our available options. There is no valet parking available at The O2 at this time.
We understand this may affect your plans and we're sorry for the disruption. We will update this article as soon as valet parking becomes available again.
Attention: If you have already bought O2 Valet parking, we are still honouring your booking and it will proceed as normal.
🅿️ What parking is available to pre-book?
The following parking options are still available to pre-book via JustPark for arena and Indigo events:
- Car Park 1 — standard event parking, pre-bookable for arena and Indigo events
- Blue Badge parking — pre-bookable in Car Park 1, the Blue Badge holder must be present in the vehicle

⚠️ Book early: Car Park 1 and Blue Badge spaces sell out quickly for major events. Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the event — don't leave it too late.
❌ Parking has sold out or I need to park on the day
If Car Park 1 is no longer available to pre-book, or if you need to park on the same day without a pre-booking, please use Car Park 2 or Car Park 4. These car parks are pay on arrival only — no pre-booking is available.
- Head directly to Car Park 2 or Car Park 4 on arrival
- Payment is made on site at the machines
- Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Arrive early — spaces can fill up quickly around major events
💡 Not attending an event? If you're visiting The O2 for Outlet Shopping, restaurants, Cineworld, or Up at The O2, use Car Parks 2, 3 or 4 and pay on arrival. No pre-booking is needed or available for these visits.
ℹ️ Important things to know before you arrive
- No cancellations or refunds. O2 event parking bookings are non-refundable unless your event is officially cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.
- Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the event. If you haven't booked by this point, please use Car Park 2 or Car Park 4 and pay on arrival.
- O2's parking terms apply. O2 event parking is booked through JustPark, but The O2's own parking terms and conditions apply — not JustPark's standard policy.
- Height restriction. Car Park 1 lower-ground multi-storey has a 2.1m height restriction. Please check your vehicle height before booking. This does not apply to Blue Badge parking.
- No re-entry. Once you exit, the same ticket cannot be used to re-enter.
- Entry times. You can enter from the start time of your booking, or at any point during your booked time. Early entry is not available unless your event information specifically states otherwise.
- Allow extra time. Traffic around The O2 can be busy, especially before and after events. Plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to park and get to your event.
- Getting there. The O2 is located just off the A102 in North Greenwich. Use postcode SE10 0DX for sat navs. Marshals and clear signage will direct you to the correct car park on arrival.
🎵 Attending an Indigo at The O2 event?
For smaller Indigo events, Car Park 1 is not always opened. If you do not see Car Park 1 as a pre-bookable option for your event, please use Car Park 2 or Car Park 3 and pay on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.
