You can choose to set your own prices manually, or enable automatic pricing to optimise your earnings. Below are the key things to know about how pricing works on JustPark.

🔄 Can I change my pricing after listing?

✅ Yes — you can adjust your pricing at any time until you deactivate your listing. You can opt for automatic pricing or set prices manually.

⏰ How does billing time work?

📅 Whilst calendar days start at 00:00, JustPark billing days run from 05:00–05:00.

Each time a booking crosses the 5am line, all preceding hours are rounded up to a day.
Exception: If the booking starts and ends on the same calendar day (e.g. 4am–5am), no rounding occurs.

📝 How does manual pricing work?

With manual pricing, you set hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates. These also act as caps.

Example:

If you set £1/hour and £4/day → a 5-hour booking charges £4 (daily cap), not £5.
The same applies for weekly and monthly caps.

💡 Good to know: If your weekly price is £10 but your monthly is £100, drivers will only pay £50/month (since 5 × £10 = £50). To encourage monthly bookings, set your monthly price lower than 5 × weekly rate.

🤖 How does automatic pricing work?

You can enable our smart pricing engine to maximise your earnings. It adjusts your pricing over time by analysing:

Driver demand
Nearby prices
Availability of other spaces
Seasonality
Other market factors

💷 Do drivers always pay the latest price I set?

❌ No. Drivers pay the pricing that was live on your listing at the time they booked. Any price changes only apply to new bookings made after the change.

🏦 Are there any fees?

Listing your space is free, but a Space Owner fee is applied to all earnings. You can view a breakdown in your Transaction Summary on the Billings & Withdrawals page.

🚘 What does the driver pay?

The driver pays the price shown on your listing, plus an additional Driver fee (Service & Transaction costs). This enables us to run the JustPark platform.
