We use this information to match your parking space to the correct driver, so it's really important this is accurate to prevent any booking issues.

🚗 Upload photos that show your space empty and with a vehicle parked. This gives drivers a visual guide.
🚗 Once your listing is submitted, your can edit your Listing description and include the exact dimensions

❓Why do you need to know if I own the parking space?
It's important that our team know your relationship to the parking space so we can ask the right questions when it comes to your permission to list this on our platform.
📄 It's your responsibility to only list a space with us if you are permitted to do so.
👤 I don't understand the legal name section
⚫️ What do we mean by legal name?
Your legal name is the name that the government refers to you by. For example, on your identity documents.
⚫️ Why would my name change?
If you have gone through an official name change, such as getting married, your last name may have been updated since you bought the property.
⚫️ Why do we need to know this?
You've told us you own the property in your name, so we check this against the property register. If your account name doesn't match what is on these records, this can slow down the Listing review process.
Example: Your name has been Jane Doe since birth. You buy a house and the deeds are in this name. You then get married and change your name to Jane Smith. This is the name that now shows on your identity documents and the name you create your JustPark account with. You would need to tell us your name used to be Jane Doe, as this is what will show on your house deeds.
📄 Why do I need my landlords permission to list my space?
As you are not the owner of the parking space, we need to know you are allowed to list with us. By signing the declaration, you declare you have permission from the landlord to sublet the space on our platform.
What does sublet mean? Subletting a parking space means renting out a private parking bay or driveway included in your residential lease to a third party.
