Your Booking
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Check your email inbox for a confirmation from JustPark or NCP (also check your spam folder). If you booked via JustPark, you can also view your booking under Your Bookings on justpark.com or in the app.
Can I update my vehicle registration on my booking?
If you booked via JustPark, log in and check your booking for an edit option. If no edit option is shown, cancel and rebook with the correct registration. VRM changes are not possible once your booking has started.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
If you booked via JustPark, check your booking for available options or contact JustPark Support. If you booked via NCP, contact the NCP Help Centre.
