📱 I can't find my booking / not showing in the app Most of the time this is due to logging in with a different email, Apple ID or Google account. We've got a full step-by-step guide here.

🚗 I need to change the vehicle on my booking You can update your registration directly in the app under My Bookings → Manage booking (no need to cancel).

🅿️ I booked the wrong car park Book the correct car park for your event, then contact us with both booking references — we'll refund the incorrect one once we can see you've rebooked.

🎟️ My event isn't listed / can't see it to book parking Parking usually appears when tickets go on public sale and can take a short time to show. If you're booking very close to the event, pre-book may already have closed.

🕐 I'm trying to book for today Pre-booked event parking typically closes around 24 hours before the show. On-the-day parking may still be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

♿ I can't book Blue Badge or Valet (VIP) These options are very limited and sell out quickly. If you can't see them as bookable, they are likely fully booked for your event.

ℹ️ O2 Event Parking — Important Policy Differences

O2 event parking is booked through JustPark, but The O2's own parking terms apply (not JustPark's). For O2 event parking, there are no cancellations or refunds unless the event itself is cancelled or rescheduled. Pre-booking normally closes 24 hours before the event and spaces can sell out quickly.

📍 Getting to The O2 by Car

The O2 is located just off the A102 in North Greenwich. Use postcode SE10 0DX for sat navs. Clear signage and marshals will direct you to the correct car park once you arrive.

🅿️ Parking Options at The O2

There are several on-site car parks:

Car Park	What to Know
Car Park 1 (Events)	Event parking only & Blue Badge – pre-book via JustPark. Entry is generally from the time on your booking (early entry isn't available unless your event info states otherwise).
Valet Parking	Arena events only. Opens ~2 hours before doors at Meridian Gate. Sold and managed via the official Valet flow.
Car Parks 2 & 3	No pre-booking. Pay on arrival. Available for events, cinema, retail & restaurants.
Car Park 4	Coaches / minibuses / vans. Pre-book via JustPark where shown, otherwise follow on-site guidance.

🎟️ Event Parking (Car Park 1)

Pre-book only for arena or Indigo events. Pre-booking usually closes 24 hours before the show.
Indigo events: For some smaller shows, Car Park 1 may not open. If you don't see it as a bookable option, please use Car Park 2 or 3 and pay on arrival.
If pre-book is unavailable, Car Park 1 is full — there will normally be first-come, first-served parking in the other car parks (follow marshal directions).
Valet parking (arena events only) usually opens ~2 hours before doors at Meridian Gate.

🚗 Not Attending an Event? (Car Parks 2–4)

If you're visiting for Outlet Shopping, restaurants, Cineworld or Up at The O2 and not attending an arena or Indigo event, use Car Parks 2, 3 or 4 and pay on arrival. Pre-booking is not available for these car parks.

♿ Accessibility

Blue Badge bays are available across The O2's car parks, with a limited number pre-bookable in Car Park 1. These sell out quickly for major events.

If Blue Badge pre-book is not available, you'll need to use general parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are some very limited Blue Badge spaces that may be available on the day — early arrival is recommended.
The Blue Badge holder must be present in the vehicle.
Arrive early to allow extra time for parking and moving through the site.

⚠️ Important Information

Height restriction: Car Park 1 lower-ground multi-storey has a 2.1m height restriction.
Motorcycles: Motorcycles can usually park free without pre-booking in Car Park 3 (check on-site signage).
Spaces: Spaces are limited on busy days — pre-booking is strongly recommended where available.

🧭 Arrival Tips & Key Rules

Allow extra time: Traffic around The O2 can be busy, especially just before and after events.
Operating hours: Car parks are generally open 24/7 and monitored by CCTV.
No re-entry: The same ticket cannot be used for re-entry once you exit.

📧 After You Book

You'll receive a confirmation email with directions, access instructions, and (for most event bookings) the QR code required for barrier entry. Open this on the day and scan the QR at the entrance machine or show it to the parking / valet team.

💸 Refunds & Changes (O2 Policy)

No cancellations or refunds for O2 event parking unless your event is cancelled or you can't attend the rescheduled date.

❓ FAQs

Can I book within 24 hours of my event?

No. Pre-booking closes 24 hours before the show. If space remains, there may be limited pay-on-the-day in Car Park 1; otherwise, use Car Park 2 or 3 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I cancel my O2 parking?

No. O2 only offers refunds if the event is cancelled or you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

Where should I park if I'm not attending an event?

Use Car Parks 2–4 and pay at the machines (no pre-booking).

I'm going to an indigo at The O2 event and can't book Car Park 1 — what should I do?

If you don't see pre-booking for your indigo event, Car Park 1 isn't open for that show. Please use Car Park 2 or 3 and pay on arrival (first-come, first-served).

Can I park a coach or minibus?

Yes — please pre-book using JustPark. If you don't see availability, you may be able to use Car Park 4 on a first-come, first-served basis and pay at the gate (subject to on-site guidance).

Disabled bays look sold out — what can I do?

Blue Badge spaces sell out quickly. If you can't book, you're welcome to book general parking in Car Park 1 (if available) or use Car Park 2 or 3 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I arrive earlier than my booking time?

No. Car Park 1 opens at the time shown on your booking; early entry isn't available.
