What if I can’t find the space?

🧭 Finding your booked space

Our in-app navigation links you directly to the location, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding the space. If you do, follow the tips below.

Safety first: If you need to check details, pull over and stop safely before reviewing your booking and access instructions.

Quick checks

  • Open My bookings and tap the current booking.
  • Review the Access instructions for landmarks, bay numbers, gate codes, or fob collection details.
  • Use the full address or the map pin from your booking. Avoid relying on the postcode alone — it’s less precise.

Tips if you’re close but can’t see it

  • Zoom in on the in-app map and switch to satellite view (if available) to identify entrances and driveways.
  • Check for space numbering/markings or signage noted in the instructions.
  • Re-check the vehicle size limits and any one-way systems or restricted turns mentioned.

Still stuck?

  • Call the space owner using the number in your confirmation email or booking screen.
  • If you can’t reach them, contact JustPark Support and we’ll help guide you.
