Your JustPark Wallet
When you cancel an eligible booking*, your refund is instantly credited to your JustPark Wallet. No waiting up to 10 business days for bank processing — your funds are available immediately for your next booking.
- The transaction fee is included in the wallet credit and is only applied when your next booking successfully completes.
Eligibility for Wallet refunds
You’re eligible for a Wallet refund if:
- You cancel more than 24 hours but less than 21 days before the booking starts, and
- The booking value is under £50.
If you don’t meet these criteria, our standard cancellation policy applies.
How does it work?
- If your booking is eligible, the refund amount is instantly credited to your JustPark Wallet.
- You can use your Wallet balance to pay for parking:
- In full — if the booking cost is less than or equal to your Wallet balance.
- Partially — if the cost exceeds your balance, pay the difference by card.
- Important: Your Wallet balance is always used first at checkout.
Wallet balance expiry
Your Wallet balance remains valid for 6 months from the date it’s credited. We’ll send reminders so you can make the most of it.
If something went wrong (poor service, extenuating circumstances), you can request a refund to your original payment method instead of using Wallet credit.
You can also ask for your Wallet balance to be refunded to your bank account. Please create a support ticket.
Quick example
- You cancel a booking worth less than £50 within the eligible time frame.
- The full amount (including the transaction fee) is credited to your JustPark Wallet instantly.
- On your next booking, your Wallet is used automatically. If the new booking is £30, and you had £25 in your wallet, you only pay £5 by card.
Wallet refunds are only available for eligible pre-booked, reservable bookings. Non-reservable / drive-up parking is not refundable via the Wallet. Always refer to the full cancellation policy.
