Why Use the Wallet?

When you cancel an eligible booking*, your refund will be instantly credited to your JustPark Wallet. This means no waiting up to 10 business days for the money to return to your bank account—it’s available immediately to use for your next booking.

• The transaction fee is included in the wallet credit and is only applied when your next booking is successfully completed.

Eligibility for Wallet Refunds

You’re eligible for a wallet refund if:

• You cancel more than 24 hours but less than 21 days before the booking starts.
• The booking value is less than £50.

If you don’t meet these criteria, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

How Does It Work?

• If your booking is eligible, the refund amount will be instantly credited to your JustPark Wallet.
• You can use your wallet balance to pay for parking, either:
  • In full: If the booking cost is less than or equal to your wallet balance.
  • Partially: If the cost exceeds your wallet balance, you can pay the difference with your debit or credit card.
• Important: Your wallet balance is always used first before any other payment method.

Wallet Balance Expiry

Your wallet balance will remain valid for 6 months from the date it’s credited. Don’t worry—we’ll send you reminders to ensure you make the most of it.

Quick Example

1. You cancel a booking worth £25 within the eligible time frame.
2. The full amount (including the transaction fee) is credited to your JustPark Wallet instantly.
3. On your next booking, your wallet balance is automatically applied. If the booking is £30, you only pay £5 with your card.
