Your Bookings

What's your monthly booking cancellation policy?

All Monthly Plans (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) will automatically renew unless cancelled.

To stop a renewal, drivers must give notice before the cutoff date listed below. The space will remain active until the end of the current plan, and no refunds are issued for unused time.

🚫 Early cancellation is non-refundable

If you end your plan early, we don’t issue partial refunds for any unused time. This includes prepaid multi-month plans (3, 6 or 12 months). For example, if you paid for 3 months up front and cancel part-way through, no refund is due and your space remains active until the end of the paid period.

πŸ—“οΈ 1-Month Rolling Plans

βœ… We'll remind you in advance

Don’t worry β€” we’ll send a reminder:

  • 1 month before your plan is due to renew
  • And another reminder closer to the renewal date

This gives you time to decide whether to continue or cancel before your next payment is taken.
