Find the same space for cheaper anywhere else within 24 hours of booking your space and we’ll not only match the lower price, but we’ll give you an additional 20% off the lower rate back as credit.
What does the guarantee cover?
This guarantee covers all our pre bookable parking.
To claim against the guarantee, you will need to find the same space available at a cheaper rate on another platform.
How do I make a claim against the guarantee?
If you have found a cheaper space, then to claim the cheaper price and your 20% credit you’ll need to do the following:
- Take a screenshot of our space and the cheaper space, make sure that the duration you are booking and price of the space is clearly visible.
- Submit a request and select “Best Price Guarantee” from the dropdown.
- Input the details of your booking, our price and your competitors along with the screenshots.
- A member of our team will review and be in touch regarding your booking!
What's not covered?
- We cannot include any other offers in the price - so if a competitor is offering 10% off all prices this will not be applicable. Their pre-discount price will be the one we compare to
- Only pre-book spaces are covered by best price guarantee - not drive up and pay locations
- All other restrictions are covered in our Ts & Cs
