💸 Best Price Guarantee (pre-book spaces)
We’re confident about our prices. If you find the same space cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours of booking with JustPark, we’ll match the lower price and give you an extra 20% of the lower rate back as credit.
✅ What’s covered
- All pre-bookable parking on JustPark (not drive-up/pay-on-exit).
- The same space offered on another platform for the same dates/times and under the same conditions (e.g., vehicle type, entry method, cancellation terms).
📝 How to make a claim
- Grab screenshots showing our space/price and the competitor’s lower price for the same time window (make sure dates, duration, and price are clearly visible).

Submit a request and choose “Best Price Guarantee” from the dropdown.
- Provide your JustPark booking details, our price, the competitor’s price, and attach the screenshots.
- Our team will review and confirm the match + 20% credit if eligible.
📌 Claim requirements
- Submitted within 24 hours of your JustPark booking.
- The competitor listing must be publicly available and bookable at the time of our review.
- Prices compared on a like-for-like basis (same currency; include mandatory fees/taxes where applicable).
🚫 What’s not covered
- Site-wide/stacked promotions (e.g., “10% off everything”). We compare the competitor’s pre-discount base price.
- Drive-up or pay-on-exit locations (only pre-book qualifies).
- Prices from membership/closed user groups, corporate rates, coupon codes, loyalty points, or package/affiliate bundles.
- Errors, misprints, or prices not intended for public sale.
- All other restrictions as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

- Approved claims: we match the lower price and add 20% of the lower rate as JustPark credit to your account.
- Credit is issued to the account that made the original booking.
- We may need additional info if details aren’t clear from screenshots.
