The car park is full - what do I do?

🚫 Can’t access the car park?

Don’t worry — we’ll help you get parked. If a site is unexpectedly closed or you can’t get in, follow the steps below.

1) Contact JustPark

If you can't get into the car park, please contact Customer Support. We’ll do our best to direct you to an alternative JustPark space nearby.

2) Book another space (if you need to leave right away)

If you need to move quickly, you can book another space yourself. We’ll refund your original booking. Just send us a refund request with details that the original car park was full/inaccessible and we’ll take care of the rest. (Please take a photo where possible)

Helpful evidence to include (if available):

  • A brief description of what happened (e.g. barrier wouldn’t open, site at capacity, shutters down).
  • Photo of the closed/blocked entrance or full car park.
  • Your booking reference and Location ID.

⏰ If it’s outside support hours

If our team is offline and you can’t access the site, please book another JustPark space or a suitable alternative. Keep your receipt/confirmation — we’ll review and refund the original booking once you submit a refund request.


👍 Good to know

This is uncommon — our partner car parks are reliable and work hard to ensure booked drivers can enter.
