The car park is full - what do I do?

1. Contact JustPark

If you can't get into the car park please contact Customer Support. We will do our absolute best to direct you to an alternative JustPark space nearby.

2. Book another space

You can book another space and we will refund your original booking. Just send us a refund request, with details of the original car park being full and we'll take care of the rest!

 

This is not a common issue thankfully - The companies that JustPark work with are reliable and make sure that our customers get their space.
