If you were charged again at the car park even though you had a JustPark booking, we’ll help put it right. Here’s what to do and what to include so we can sort it quickly.


1) Send us a refund request

Use our form so it goes straight to the right team:

Note: This is rare - usually happens when something went wrong on a car park partner’s system. We’ll investigate and prevent repeats.


2) What to include (this speeds things up)

  • Your JustPark Booking ID
  • The receipt from the car park (photo or PDF). 
  • Your actual arrival/exit time
  • A short note on what happened at the barrier/exit

3) What happens next

  • We’ll verify your booking details and review the evidence.
  • We may contact the car park partner to confirm what happened.
  • We’ll email you the outcome and process any refund to your original payment method.
