I had to pay to get out of the car park

If you had to pay again to get out of the car park please send us a refund request. For this to happen, normally something has gone wrong on our car park partner's side. 

Make sure you include all details and evidence (the receipt for parking). 

We will also then ask our car park partner to look at how this happened so other drivers are not impacted.


This is not a common issue thankfully - The companies that JustPark work with are reliable and make sure that their car parks are up to date with bookings received.
