I'm running late

⏰ Running early or late for your booking?

First things first: don’t panic! Your space is yours for the entire booking window you selected.

If you’re running late

Your space remains reserved for the duration of your booking — we won’t give it to someone else. However, some locations have opening/closing times. Check your:

  • Listing description (hours, access notes)
  • Booking confirmation email (directions & access info)

Tip: If arriving after a site’s closing time, you may not be able to enter or exit until it reopens.

If you arrive early

It’s not possible to amend an existing booking to start earlier. You have two options:

  1. Make a new booking to cover the extra time you need before your current start time, or
  2. Wait until your original booking begins before parking.

🧠 Good to know

  • Arriving outside your booked times may result in a Parking Charge Notice or additional charges at some locations.
  • If plans change significantly, consider cancelling and rebooking in line with our cancellation policy.
  • Keep an eye on access instructions for gated or staffed sites.
