How do I contact a space owner?

📞 How to contact a private space owner

You can reach private* space owners in two ways:

  • Phone: The owner’s number appears in your booking confirmation under “Contact the Space Owner” (look for the phone icon).
  • JustPark messages (web/mobile app): You can send a message from the website or mobile app. 

If the call won’t connect: The owner may not have added a phone number. Use the JustPark messaging option instead.


đź’¬ After your booking is confirmed (web or mobile web)

  1. Go to My bookings.
  2. Open the relevant booking (you’ll find it under In progress or Upcoming).
  3. Click Message space owner, write your message, and send.

đź§  Before you book

It isn’t possible to contact a space owner before you confirm a booking. If you have questions beforehand, please review the listing details, photos, rules, and access instructions carefully.

Important:

  • *Contacting owners is for private spaces only. You cannot message car park operators via this tool.
  • If you need help accessing a car park (not a private driveway/space), please contact JustPark.

📝 Summary

  • Use the phone number from your confirmation or the Message space owner button (web/mobile web only).
  • You can only message owners after your booking is confirmed.
  • Car park operators can’t be contacted directly — contact JustPark for car park access queries.
