How do I contact a space owner?

You can communicate with private* space owners using the JustPark internal messaging system, or directly using the space owner's telephone number which is included in your booking confirmation email under 'contact the Space Owner'. Look for the phone symbol.

  • If the call will not go through - this could be due to the Space Owner not including their phone number
  • You can still contact them using the JustPark messaging system - this is currently only available on web/mobile web (not App)

After your booking is confirmed

If you have a confirmed booking, you can reach the space owner by:

  1. Going to My bookings on the web or on mobile web.
  2. Select the booking in question (this might be on the 'In progress' tab or the 'Upcoming' tab)
  3. Look for the ‘Message space owner’ button and write them a message

Note: It is not possible to contact a space owner before you confirm your booking. If you have questions about a specific parking space and have not yet confirmed your booking, please review the listing in question.
*You cannot contact car park owners, this is only for private space owners. If you have a question about accessing a car park, then contact JustPark.
