How do I get a refund?
Before contacting us — check if your refund is already on its way
If your booking was cancelled by JustPark or the space owner, a full refund to your original payment method is automatic — including the transaction fee. This can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank. Check your booking in My Bookings before raising a request.

Refund eligibility for driver-cancelled bookings depends on how far in advance you cancel and the value of your booking.

To cancel your booking: go to My Bookings in the app or on the website → select the booking → tap Cancel booking. The refund amount will be shown before you confirm.
🚫 Couldn't access your space or the car park was full?
If you arrived and couldn't park, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must contact us within 48 hours of your booking start time — we hold funds for this period before releasing them to the space owner.
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- The space was occupied and you had no room to park
- The car park was full
- The space owner was unavailable and you had to park elsewhere
- The listing description was seriously inaccurate
- The space didn't exist or was being rented out illegally
When contacting us, include your Booking ID, a brief description of what happened, and photos where possible (of the bay, obstruction, or signage).
📅 Monthly rolling bookings
Monthly bookings have a minimum one-month commitment after purchase. You can cancel at any time — as long as you cancel at least 4 days before your next billing date, no further payment will be taken and your space remains available until your renewal date. Check your renewal date in your account.
🎟️ Event parking
Event parking passes are all sales final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged except in specific circumstances:
Refunds will not be accepted for: change of plans, weather concerns, transport issues, late arrival, booking errors, illness, or passes already marked as used.
Refunds may be accepted if: the event is officially cancelled (automatic refund), the event is rescheduled and you can't attend the new date, or you purchased an additional pass to correct an error — contact us and we'll review.
⚡ EV Charging bookings
If you cancel a booking that includes EV charging before it starts, you will not be charged the EV charging fee.
