How do I reset my password?
🔑 Reset your JustPark password
You can reset your password from the JustPark app, a web browser, or using the Forgot password option during sign-in.
- Open the JustPark app.
- Select Log in with email or phone number.
- Tap Forgot password.
- Enter your email or phone number.
- We’ll send a time-sensitive link via email or SMS to reset your password.
- Follow the link and set a new password. Done!

- Select Sign in with my email address.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter your email or phone number.
- We’ll send a time-sensitive link via email or SMS to reset your password.

- Check that Caps Lock is off and your email/phone is correct.
- Search your inbox for “JustPark” and check spam/junk folders.
- SMS delays can occur if reception is poor; try the email option (or vice-versa).
- If the link expired, repeat the steps to get a fresh link.
