How do I leave a review?

All reviews on JustPark are written by drivers who have used the space.
✍️ How to write a review
To leave a review for a completed booking:
- Go to My bookings and open the relevant booking.
- Scroll to the Instructions section and select Write a review.
- Choose a rating and (optionally) add a short comment about your experience.
Note: You can’t leave a review on a booking that has been cancelled.
💡 Tips for helpful reviews
- Be specific (e.g., ease of access, accuracy of directions, neighbourhood, fit for vehicle size).
- Keep it respectful and relevant to the parking experience.
- Any swearing or inappropriate reviews will be deleted and could result in the driver being removed
📝 Summary
- Only drivers who’ve used a space can post reviews.
- Leave a review via My bookings → Instructions → Write a review.
- Cancelled bookings can’t be reviewed.
