Can JustPark deactivate my account or space?

🚫 Account temporarily deactivated or blocked

We may temporarily deactivate your account or space OR block your account if it looks like your activity may breach our Terms of Service.

🔎 Why this can happen

This could be because:

  • You haven’t replied to a message or enquiry for more than 72 hours.
  • A driver/Space Owner has opened a dispute about a specific booking.
  • Someone has reported that you’re not legally allowed to rent out your space.
  • Your listing contains insufficient information or appears misleading.
  • Scheduled payments were missed.
  • An overstay occurred without informing us or the Space Owner.
  • Activity was detected that could be deemed potentially fraudulent.

🤝 What happens next

If your account is deactivated due to insufficient information, an open dispute, or risk-related activity, we’ll reach out to you to find a resolution. Please respond to our email as soon as possible so we can review and help restore access.

🛠️ How to resolve it quickly

  • Reply to our message with any requested details or evidence (e.g., booking info, timings, photos).
  • If there’s an outstanding balance, bring payments up to date and ensure a valid payment method is on your account.
  • If an overstay occurred, work with us to arrange the correct extra time or settlement.

📬 Think this is a mistake?
