How do I delete my account?
You cannot fully delete your account. You can close your JustPark account and remove your personal data from your Profile settings. Some information — such as transaction and payment records — is legally required to be retained even after closure. If you have live or upcoming bookings, you'll need to resolve those first. Space Owners should honour or cancel bookings and withdraw any remaining earnings before closing their account.
🗑️ How to close your JustPark account
To close your account, go to your Profile settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Delete my account. This closes your account and removes your personal data wherever we're able to.

Note: You will not be able to close your account if you have any live or upcoming bookings.
Note: We're not able to delete everything. Records of your transactions and bookings, and any other information we're required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons, will be retained even after your account is closed. This data is kept securely and is not used for any other purpose.
🏠 For Space Owners
Please try to honour these bookings wherever possible. If you're unable to honour them, cancel the bookings as soon as possible so drivers can find alternative parking.
Also, make sure you have withdrawn all earnings before closing your account — you won't be able to receive funds once your account is deactivated.
