You can delete your JustPark account from your Profile settings. If you have live or upcoming bookings, you’ll need to resolve those first. Space Owners should honour or cancel bookings and withdraw any remaining earnings before deletion.

🗑️ How to delete your JustPark account
To delete your account, go to your Profile settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Delete my account.
⚠️ Important before you delete
Note: You will not be able to delete your account if you have any live or upcoming bookings.
🏠For Space Owners
Please try to honour these bookings wherever possible. If you’re unable to honour them, cancel the bookings as soon as possible so drivers can find alternative parking.
Also, make sure you have withdrawn all earnings before deleting your account — you won’t be able to receive funds once your account is deactivated.
