Why can't I log in to my account?

If you can't log into your account, it could be down to one of these factors:

1. Check your login details.

• Is it possible you registered with a different email address?
• Check that your CAPS lock is not turned on as passwords are case sensitive.
• Still no success? You can always Reset your password.

2. Check your browser.

• Delete your cookies, clear your cache and restart your computer.
• Try using a different browser. We find Chrome or Safari are usually reliable.
